A clear commercial HVAC quote makes it easier to compare contractors, plan installation and prepare a financing request. Use this checklist when discussing your project with Infinite Home Services.
Provide the project address, building use and the areas affected. Explain whether the work is a replacement, expansion or repair. Share any known access limits and installation deadlines. Ask the contractor what additional assessment is needed before the scope can be finalized.
Ask for the proposed manufacturer, model, quantity and relevant specifications. Confirm whether accessories and controls are included. If the quote allows substitutions, ask how you will approve them and whether pricing could change.
Have exclusions written down. A shorter quote is not necessarily cheaper once work outside its scope is added.
Record the quote expiry date, deposit, progress payments and final-payment trigger. Ask how change orders are approved. Clarify equipment and labour warranties, service arrangements and what happens if delivery is delayed.
